When it comes to Christian reggae, Christafari stands as a pioneer. With a call to convert Rastafarians to Christ, this band celebrates over 15 years making music with its latest release To the Foundation. In an age where reggae and its Spanish equivalent reggaeton have gone pop (thanks to Sean Paul and Daddy Yankee respectively), it's impressive to see that lead singer Mark Mohr has stayed true to his passion for straight Jamaican beats. You can still groove to it, by evidence of the party-esque "Rooftop" and the island breezes of "Fear Not". If you dig reggae, Christafari has made another essential for your collection.
