Absolutely incredible album. This is, without a doubt, one of my favorite albums of all time, any artist, any genre. It has amazing diversity, tight smooth rhythms, an explosive message, infectious hooks, and unbelievable freshness. God bless you guys! This is a legendary accomplishment!

2.> POSITIVE - NEVER LET GO (LION OF ZION ENTERTAINMENT)

One look at the song titles on his debut album and you'll realize that
these are songs of a survivor who, even in the toughest of times, has
refused to give up hope. While many of his lyrics were penned from a
place of pain and loss, Joel Murray insists on remaining Positive and
recording uplifitng anthems that encourage others to perservere. "Never
Let Go" is a heartfelt 14 song collection comprised of modern roots and lovers' rock with a tough of nyabinghi. Guest appearences include top gospel reggae sellers
like Monty G, Sherwin Gardner, and Mr. Lynx. This album is a
partnership between Lion of Zion (Christafari's label) and Monty G's
Lion of Judah imprint. With crisp production by DJ Frost, this stunning
debut is a shining example of the best that gospel reggae has to offer.

I was just talking about missing Gyptians music. And here comes Positive. He sounds like Gyptian but definitely better than Gyptian. Jammin' to this CD all labor day weekend had me in deep thought. Big up to Positive...cant wait for the next album. God bless!

3.> SOLOMON JABBY - FIRMLY PLANTED IN DUB (LION OF ZION ENTERTAINMENT)

For well over a decade, roots/dub artist Solomon Jabby has
been studying and perfecting his craft of classic dub and roots reggae. After
releasing two full-length dub albums (in addition to countless riddims,
singles, and dubplates), Jabby took a bold step forward with 2007's "Firmly
Planted", a full length vocal album that showcased the pinnacle of his artistic
development: a resounding work of expert musicianship, classic roots-centered
vocal style, and authentic spiritual depth.

In 2009,
Solomon Jabby revisited this body of work with the task of creating something
completely new: an album that invites the listener deep into the heart of the
songs, highlighting each instrumental performance in true dub fashion. This
exciting new work, "Firmly Planed In Dub", finds Solomon Jabby refining his old
school dub talents and adding several new dubs that didn’t make it onto the
original "Firmly Planted", release.
These new songs coupled with the re-invention
of the previously released material create a truly fresh offering steeped in
the convention of traditional dub reggae, yet full of innovation and
originality.

To be used of God is a blessing in its self but when God has gifted you with a special talent and has called you into a particular ministry specifically related to that gifting then your life has a great purpose. That is what I think of anytime I hear the music of Avalanchee. It is quite evident that these men hear from God and seek Him based on the messages found in each track. For me that means a lot. Many artist sing but not many minister. For all the old Avalanchee fans, it's no surprise how good this latest CD is and for the new fans, well this CD will absolutely stun you. Get Ready. It's just crazy! Each time Avalanchee does something I say it can't get much better and each time after that I am proven wrong. This latest CD project is full of amazing tunes that minister deeply. Their talent is raw and pure. It appeals to the masses. I would recommend this CD to anybody. If you want to be blessed go and get you about 10 copies and bless others while you bless yourself!
