format. A table of contents is listed below and you may use it to jump
to a specific topic.
Table Of Contents

or download files to your own computer, you must first have the following software
installed and working on your computer.
3. Software Recommendations:

that we recommend. Other web browsers are known to have various problems and bugs,

you may experience problems with our website.
4. Payment Methods & Account Requirements:
Please Note: You are NOW NO LONGER required to have a credit card number associated with your account in order to download digital media files.
You may purchase downloadable media using any of the following methods
Your billing address on file will be used as the address for your credit card and all transactions will be authorized using this address. Therefore, you must make sure that the address you give us, is the same as the address you have on file with your bank, and that it's entered exactly the same. An incorrect address will result in a declined transaction.
More Credit Card Purchase Details:
When purchasing single files, your credit card will be charged every time you purchase a pre-determined amount or at a timed interval that we have pre-selected, whichever comes first.
If you purchase a single song (single MP3 file), your card may be initially authorized for as much as $4.95. If by the end of a pre-determined time interval, you have not purchased more than $4.95 worth of media, then you will be charged for the amount that you DID purchase, and the difference will be released back to your credit card. We will NOT charge you for more than you agree to purchase. If you only download 2 MP3 files, then you will be initially authorized for $4.95, but will only be charged $1.98.
If you choose to purchase a full album download: Your card will not be pre-authorized, but will charged immediately for the price of the album download.
A declined transaction will temporarily lock you out of your personal media center. You will not be able to access your files again, until you update your credit card info or otherwise resolve the issue with your card, and unlock your account. The process of unlocking your account will charge your new card for the amount that was previously declined. However, if your card is declined too many times, then your account may be closed and, at our own discretion, you might be permanently prevented from creating a new account in the future. You may read more about unlocking your account in the section entitled Unlocking a Locked Account.
