ALBUM DESCRIPTIONFor decades Judy Mowatt has been making an impact on the international reggae scene, first as a member of I-Threes, Bob Marley's backing vocal harmony group, and then as a solo artist releasing several secular reggae albums, even receiving a Grammy nomination (the first occasion on which a female reggae artist had been honored in this way). After converting to Christianity, Mowatt began using her musical talents to glorify God, singing reggae and gospel music with a distinctly Christian message. "Something Old, Something New", is an uplifting collection of some of Mowatt's best gospel reggae work to date, featuring both previously released and newly recorded songs.
