"Firm Foundation Project" features vocal contributions from popular Gospel Reggae artistes such as Jermaine Edwards, DJ Nicholas, Tony Rich and Positive.
Jermaine Edwards (hailing from Spanish Town, Jamaica) is a vibrant worship leader, who has an outstanding vocal talent, and is also well known within the Reggae Gospel industry as a disciplined and competent musician. He plays instruments on most of the tracks, and is featured singing 5 songs on this album. Particular favorites here are the Nyabinghi influenced "Lifting Up My Heart," a duet with Positive, "Strange Fire" (a duet with the ever popular DJ Nicholas ) and "Let It Rain," which is strictly One Drop Reggae.
Positive (not to be confused with the artist from Trinidad by the same name), an up and coming Roots Gospel artist based in St Thomas, Jamaica is also featured on the album. His melodic sing-jay style and sincere, distinct vocal delivery has struck a chord with hardcore Gospel lovers everywhere. He is a socially conscious artist with a heart to reach the nations for Christ and has performed with well-known artists on several stage shows all over Jamaica. He is featured here on outstanding tracks such as 'Political Violence' and "Peace, Love & Unity."
Tony Rich is a well-known UK Reggae Gospel Artist, and producer extraordinaire, who has produced several noteworthy for Jet-star Music.
