In 2006, we had the pleasure of adding Jermaine Edwards' debut worship album "Island Worship," to our webstore. Since his first release, Edwards has been hard at work writing and recording new material with some of Jamaica's finest artists. On his new CD, "A Closer Walk: Island Worship 2," Jermaine Edwards has outdone himself by giving us an excellent project with professional level production, performance and packaging.

"A Closer Walk," features a broad range of styles including gospel, roots reggae, and dancehall. Gospel fans will surely love songs such as "Your Love," "You Are The One," "Touch My Heart," "Oh Jesus," "Whiter Than Snow," and "No More." On "My Life Depends On You," Moses chats in a culture style as Edwards punctuates his lyrics by singing "Come mek we reverence Jesus!" "Keep My Mind On You," brings nuff' energy to this set as Prodigal Son deejays about his dedication to Jesus. "He's Coming Soon," starts off with a smooth R&B/reggae groove as Edwards sings about the end times. When DJ Nicholas enters the track, he brings the conscious energy up a notch and deejays in his trademark style about the tribulations going on in the world today.
