Tyrone 'Biblikal' Gordon was born on April 23rd, 1979 in London. He grew up surrounded by music. As a part of a musical family, he was raised around the unique format of the reggae sound system courtesy of his Father's heavy involvement with 'High Priest', a South London-based sound, which played at venues throughout England back in the 70's and 80's. There is no doubt that the heavy reggae beats blazing through the speaker box 24/7 contributed significantly to Biblikals' passion for the genre.

As a young boy, Biblikal was also exposed to the Pentecostal Church courtesy of his Mother. He was surrounded by a wide array of in-house musicians, full-to-the-brim gospel choir and a ministerial team feeding the congregation with words of life and inspiration. Biblikal became accustomed to this energetic and passionate environment. It inevitably helped shape his outlook on life and boost his musical aspirations.

With a love for music so strong, Biblikal turned to the dancehall scene. He worked with sound systems such as 'Sovereign Road Show' 'Freeminal' from Paris and became affiliated with 'The Turning Point Collective' where he began to make a name for himself as a rising star with significant talent. While on this circuit, Biblikal performed numerous stage shows with the likes of Professor Nuts and Future Troubles, just to name a few. His unsurpassable ability to deliver alongside these professional artists placed him in a league of his own. Since then he has performed with artists such as Freddie McGregor and Frankie Paul and was featured on Volumes 8 and 9 of Jetstar's popular Reggae Sunday Service series and has finally launched his incredible solo debut.

It is Biblikals' life experiences on the streets as a teenager and later as a young man that helped shape his character and define his direction. Despite being so young, Biblikal has experienced the highs and lows of what this world can bring. These experiences are clearly reflected in his song lyrics.
